I was once a student looking for an accredited online college. What I found out is that there are a lot of jokes out there. There are online colleges that claim to be "accredited", but if you look in between the lines, you will soon find out that they are just out there to grab your money. I know, it's sad, but it's just the American greedy way.
If you were like me, and you wanted to get an education that was based online, but you wanted to impress employers, I want to give you some tips on how it can be done.
Try your local universities - Many of your local universities have online classes now. Sure, you can take 90% of them online, but what you're going to find out is that if you want a good education, you're going to have to make sacrifices. Would you rather have a degree from the University of Michigan, or some fake schools online that I won't even mention? I will be nice, and keep my mouth shut!
This is really the only way that you're going to find a good education. Many employers won't tell you, but they frown upon major online schools, because the education just isn't there. You may want consider getting up, and attending the classes. As I mentioned, you may want to check with your local universities, and see what they can do with you. Trust me, you will be thanking yourself in the long run
